1. Packaging and palletizing robot

Robotic arm

The robotic arm is the main part of the robot. Through the coordinated movement of each joint, it can grasp, carry, rotate and place objects of different shapes, sizes and weights.

Depending on the packaging items, robot hand devices can be divided into various types such as suction cup type, claw type, and mechanical fingers to adapt to the grabbing needs of items of different materials and shapes.

As a connection between the hand device and the object, the end effector must have sufficient strength and precision to prevent the object from being damaged during handling.

2. Auxiliary system

Responsible for transporting products to be packaged from the front end of the production line to the robot working area, and transporting completed packaging and palletizing products to the next process or warehouse. The conveyor belt system needs to have stable operating speed and accurate positioning capabilities to ensure accurate delivery of products.

packaging machine

Select the appropriate packaging machine for packaging operations based on product characteristics, such as bagging machines, boxing machines, filling machines, etc. Seamless connection between packaging machines and robots is required to ensure the continuity and effectiveness of the packaging process.

Palletizing platform

As an area where robots place packaged products, the palletizing platform must have sufficient load-bearing capacity and stability, and its structural design should facilitate effective palletizing operations by the robot.

3. Control system

PLC control system

As the core control unit of the entire automatic line, it realizes quasi-control and coordinated operations of each equipment through programming. It receives signals from input devices such as sensors and buttons, and outputs control instructions to actuators such as servo drives and frequency converters.

Human Machine Interface (HMI)

Provide operators with an intuitive and friendly operation interface for monitoring the operating status of the automatic line, adjusting working parameters, setting working modes, etc. Data exchange is realized through communication protocols between HMI and PLC, making the information real-time and accurate.

Introducing machine vision technology into automatic lines can realize automatic detection and identification of product position, posture, defects, etc. The machine vision system collects image information through the camera, uses image processing algorithms to analyze and judge, and provides accurate grabbing and placement position information for the robot.
